Heal scourge you seem to know. The problem is you just cant come up with a self made build and a self made rotation as the necromancer weapon selection sucks for it on scourge. If I haven't missed anything, scourge is condi based. Anything condi will lose to power in fractals (although I've seen some good mirages on 99cm). So scourge will not do more than daredevil. At least in terms of dps. And any better party will take daredevil over condi scourge any day. I don't do that much fractals, I mainly do raids.Even then though for classes like firebrand & condi ele so much of your damage is burning that grieving makes very little difference. If you don't want to play with minions then between core, reaper, and scourge, I'd say condi scourge is the best with a low skill cap and a high skill ceiling (some folks have done legendary group events on scourge solo). For PvP, scourge is pretty busted right now. Great sustain with barriers and cleanses and fantastic teamfight potential.Condi DPS only needs Condition Damage and Expertise. Diviner is balanced, because classes can't do too much damage with it. If you give something like Mainstat Condi Dmg, Minor Stat Concentration + Expertise, that's *literally* a full Condi Class. For example, an Alacrigade on Condi would just do the same damage as Condi RR (35k).
