A theme installer is a temporary application installed onto your 3DS to copy the Anemone3DS-compatible theme ZIP file to your SD card's "themes" folder. That may have sounded a bit confusing, so let's break down what a theme installer actually does: When you open a theme installer, you will see a bit of text on the top screen of your 3DS.Open your 3ds's SD card; Make a Themes folder on the SD root if it doesn't already exist; Copy the downloaded zip file to the Themes folder Installing the theme. Turns out it was because my 3DS was fresh (newly formatted and setup, with custom firmware). Changing the theme to any other theme (e.g. Red, Blue, Yellow, Pink, or Black theme) from the default theme, created 'Theme Management Information' on my 3DS. A first time loading sort-of-thing. Then, when I opened Anemone again, it loaded fine.No, there isn't. Other than your volume slider :/. I like several of the themes, but the music in them is just irritating.
