Unlike the raiders the settlers don't have any bugs that still work to raise your rep as far as I am aware. Edit: as another comment said you can cook soup at the refuge and give it to the settler. As long as you didnt burn it you get rep. Forgot about that one as i was already max rep when the pitt came out.The faction dailies will trigger when you enter Foundation or Crater. Settlers have 1 daily, Raiders have 2 on rotation, 1 per day. To get Settler rep from Photo Opportunity, you have to tell Davenport you want to take photos of Crater, then give the photos to Ward. Complete the quest by returning to davenport.
My thoughts on the new settler rep glitch. Don’t punish the person taking drugs, punish the dealer. Same goes for that dupe method that was recently patched out. Instead of handing tons of bans, beth should focus on fixing the game. Certainly get where you’re coming from. Do Wards dailys - make use you donate/give the item back (don’t accept payment). Do the overseers bot photo daily. Select Crater, but do not return the pictures to the bot. Give them to (Paige, I think) at Foundation. If you see a group of settlers fighting (anything) help them out. After the fight is over, talk to them.
