Oct 12, 2008 · XD compact .45 ACP vs Glock 30SF. Ok so I will be getting my first .45acp hand gun in a couple weeks I already have a glock 23 .40s&w and and CZ 75 P01 and love both of them. My 45auto is going to be my primary carry weapon so that needs to be taken into consideration when comparing the 2 guns. I can conceal my G23 with no issues most of the time. I have owned a gen3 30sf and the 30s at the same time. I sold off the 30sf and still have an carry the 30s. I can't tell much difference if really any in recoil or accuracy. I haven't had any type of issues at all with mine. Its much lighter than the sf model with the slimmer slide. I carry mine in a Galco King-Tuk that also carries my 19 & 26.
